Engineering Team Leader

📋 Description

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend).
• 30% of the time on management; otherwise contribute to product development.
• Involved in hiring and onboarding engineers.
• Mentor team and guide career development.
• Redesign how engineering ships with autonomous agentic workflows.
• Propose and operationalize end-to-end agentic workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Led engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Backend experience with Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby or functional programming.
• Experience designing/adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• Define specs, plan, verify, and close the loop on quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates automation and AI fluency.
