📋 Description

• Managing a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend & frontend).
• 30% management; otherwise active in product development.
• Involved in hiring for their team; may help peers.
• Responsible for onboarding new engineers.
• Manage team dynamics as spokesperson; bring out the best.
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback and growth guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Backend experience: Elixir/Phoenix, Ruby, or functional programming.
• Strong fundamentals; shipping secure, reliable, scalable systems.
• Experience designing/adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• Systems thinking: define specs, plan, verify, close the loop.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; team dynamics awareness.
