• Managing a 3-5 engineer product team (backend/frontend).
• 30% management; otherwise contribute to product development.
• Involved in hiring for their team and assist peers.
• Onboarding responsibility for new engineers.
• Lead team dynamics; bring out best in members.
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Backend experience: Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby or functional programming.
• Strong fundamentals; shipped secure, reliable, scalable systems.
• Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• Ability to define specs, break down plans, verify quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
