• Managed an engineering team of 2+ people.
• Backend experience with Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby or functional programming.
• Strong fundamentals; shipping secure, scalable systems.
• Experience designing/adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• Systems thinking: define specs, plans, verification, quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; inclusive team.
