📋 Description

• Managing a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend).
• 30% time on management; otherwise contribute to product development.
• Involved in hiring for their team and onboarding new engineers.
• Manage team dynamics and bring out the best in everyone.
• Provide continuous and constructive feedback.
• Plan and implement agentic workflows to speed delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Extensive backend experience (Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby).
• Strong fundamentals; shipping secure, reliable, scalable systems.
• Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• Think in systems: define specs, plan, verify, and quality loop.
• Solid communication skills.
• Ambitious and intentional about diversity, equality and inclusion.
• Demonstrates automation and AI fluency.
