📋 Description

• R&D Technician: harnesses from scratch using charts, Excel, and drawings.
• Maintain excellent documentation practices.
• Collaborate closely with Hardware Engineering and related teams.
• Follow safety standards and meet internal deadlines.
• Work with limited oversight.
• Pursue continuing education and professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in harness fabrication in R&D/prototype spaces.
• Strong electrical skills; read wiring schematics and layouts.
• Background in electrical wiring and harness fabrication from scratch.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, PLM, CAD, and related tools.
• Excellent communication and self-awareness.
• Ability to problem-solve, diagnose, and isolate problems rationally.
