🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years in harness fabrication in R&D using 1:1 form boards.
Strong electrical skills; read wiring schematics and redlines.
Background in electrical wiring and harness fabrication from scratch.
Proficient with electrical tools: crimpers, dies, multimeter, soldering.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, PLM, CAD.
Excellent communication and self-awareness; able to work independently and in a team.
