Engineering Technician

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Engineering Technicians.
• Own day-to-day lab operations, hardware bring-up, integration and vehicle support activities.
• Execute and oversee electrical, mechanical and system-level builds, modifications and repairs.
• Partner with engineering teams to diagnose complex hardware and integration issues across
• Develop and improve technician workflows, lab processes and documentation to increase efficiency
• Support prototype builds, validation activities and engineering change implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Technician or Engineering Technician Lead supporting
• Previous experience leading or mentoring technicians while remaining an active technical
• Strong hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical assembly, integration, debugging and
• Proven ability to troubleshoot multidisciplinary hardware issues independently in fast-paced
• Experience supporting prototype and low-volume hardware builds through rapid design iterations.
• Comfortable interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams and assembly
