📋 Description

• Coach engineering technicians on best practices.
• Conduct 1:1s with each technician.
• Lead validation and performance testing efforts.
• Create department work instructions and train staff.
• Manage project schedules and milestones for service projects.
• Create and monitor SLAs for team performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years building and integrating computer components into systems.
• 3 years with Linux and Windows OS.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with engineering discipline, revision control, PLM, and EOL.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
