🎯 Requirements

Associate degree or technical/trade school program
2-4 years hands-on fabrication, welding, assembly experience
Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding on various metals
Familiarity with manual mills, lathes, grinders, metalworking
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specs
Attention to detail, safety acumen, clear communication
