Engineering Test Technician

📋 Description

• Install, commission, decommission, and operate battery module prototypes.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to root causes.
• Wire and assemble industrial control, power, and data circuits.
• Execute test plans to characterize battery performance per engineers.
• Maintain logs of test data, modifications, and troubleshooting steps.
• Maintain cell/module lab spaces in a safe, organized state.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on tech experience with high-powered equipment; battery/solar a plus.
• Troubleshoot high-voltage electrical issues and read schematics.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and PLC systems.
• Safety-conscious with high-voltage risk training and heavy equipment experience.
• Comfortable with heavy PPE (steel-toed boots, face shields) as required.
• Excellent written communication; Jira experience.
