📋 Description

• Lead strategic engineering initiatives across OKX's core products
• Guide engineering leaders and teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable experiences
• Set technical direction and strengthen collaboration across engineering and product functions
• Improve planning, building, and operating of critical systems
• Align architecture, execution, and operational priorities with product strategy and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading multi-tiered engineering teams (50+ engineers) at Director or VP level
• Strong background leading engineering in large-scale product environments
• Ability to engage with diverse technical disciplines, assess architectural trade-offs, and guide
• Demonstrated success driving complex, multi-team engineering programs to launch in fast-evolving
• Experience in high-availability, low-latency, or mission-critical domains (such as FinTech, SaaS
