📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following company policies and protect member data.
• Work independently or in teams to meet daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate potential members through outreach at locations and community events.
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote Oportun’s services.
• Use iPads or scan QR codes to start new applications and assist with outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoys speaking with people.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedules.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing and able to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and basic computer skills (phones, scanners, iPads).
