• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions accurately and protect member information.
• Work independently or with a team to meet daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate and engage communities through outreach at stores and events.
• Build relationships with local businesses to generate opportunities.
• Assist with applications and encourage store visits using iPads and QR codes.

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and education.
• Must be available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.
• Must be willing to work outdoors year-round to promote products.
