English QA Audio Rater

📋 Description

• Audit approximately 30% of production output during the initial pilot phase.
• Review rater output to identify calibration issues, inconsistent scoring, and potential quality
• Identify patterns in rating discrepancies and flag areas requiring correction or clarification.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to raters to improve consistency and accuracy.
• Complete required onboarding and training before the production pool is fully launched.
• Work independently to support quality standards throughout the pilot and early-stage program.

• Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to judgment and evaluation.
• Ability to identify patterns of miscalibration or inconsistent scoring across multiple ratings.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain quality issues and provide clear feedback.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a pilot or early-stage
• Fluency in Canadian English and familiarity with the language and linguistic conventions of the
• Previous experience in quality assurance, auditing, rating, content evaluation, or a similar role
