• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions per policies and protect member data.
• Work solo or with a team while exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services through outreach at stores and events.
• Use iPads or scanners to start new applications.
• Travel between locations within a normal commute; model core values.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and education.
• Must be available to work weekends and flexible with a rotating work schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round for outreach opportunities.
