📋 Description

• Conduct trainings, workshops, individual re-trainings sessions as well as facilitate and deliver
• Ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees
• Support and mentor trainees as well as ensure best possible onboarding experience in Academy
• Monitor trainees’ performance and response to training as well as conduct evaluations to identify
• Assist to identify, design, and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the
• To attend and assess the trainee’s examination

🎯 Requirements

• 9 months of GP experience
• Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal. Knowledge of
• High knowledge and expertise of the game procedural processes, techniques, strategy, game rules
• Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good presentation and public speaking skills
