• Translate clinical research, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and medical device documentation from
• Translate clinical trial protocols and synopses, Investigator's Brochures (IB), Informed Consent
• Translate regulatory materials, including Summaries of Product Characteristics (SmPC), Patient
• Translate safety and pharmacovigilance documents, including Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR)
• Translate instructions for use, user manuals, and user interface content for medical devices.
• Review and refine machine-translated safety content to ensure accuracy, clarity, terminology

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Translation, Linguistics, Language Studies, or an equivalent discipline.
• A recognized graduate qualification in another field, combined with at least 2 years of full-time
• At least 5 years of full-time professional translation experience.
• At least 2 years of practical translation experience specifically involving life sciences and
• Excellent English comprehension and native-level or equivalent professional proficiency in Estonian.
• Familiarity with computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools such as XTM, Phrase, or memoQ. A license
