English to French Linguist for Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Translate clinical research, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance documentation from English into
• Perform Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) on machine-translated safety and medical content
• Review translated and post-edited materials through copy editing for accuracy, tone, terminology
• Work on specialized documents including clinical research, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance
• Meet strict, non-extendable deadlines for time-sensitive medical and regulatory content
• Use client-provided CAT tools such as XTM or Phrase

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Translation, Linguistics, Language Studies, or equivalent; OR graduate qualification in
• At least 2 years of practical translation experience in life sciences, clinical trials
• Native-level or equivalent proficiency in French (France) with excellent English comprehension and
• Familiarity with CAT tools, particularly XTM or Phrase (license provided)
• Experience using Microsoft Word Track Changes for translation review and editing
• Strong understanding of specialized medical and life sciences terminology
