📋 Description

• Analyze style guides, glossaries, and client quality updates to identify changes, assess their
• Monitor client feedback, corrections, calibration discussions, and quality meetings to identify
• Serve as the primary linguistic contact for the client's Language Manager, managing quality
• Organize regular alignment roundtables with the language community to improve consistency and
• Prepare structured monthly quality reports covering performance, key improvement priorities, style
• Coach reviewers individually using concrete examples, facilitate shadowing sessions, and deliver

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five or more years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), senior language
• Native-level proficiency in German as used in Switzerland and professional-level English.
• Direct experience serving as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers or
• Proven ability to manage formal linguistic arbitration, quality escalations, stakeholder
• Strong practical knowledge of localization quality evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error
• Experience analyzing style guide and glossary changes, identifying implicit client expectations
