📋 Description

• Interpret client style guides, glossaries, and quality requirements, documenting updates and
• Track corrections, feedback, and decisions shared by the client’s Language Manager during
• Organize regular alignment roundtables to establish a shared understanding of quality standards
• Prepare structured monthly quality reports covering performance trends, priority improvement areas
• Deliver individualized feedback, facilitate shadowing sessions, and design targeted training based
• Identify recurring justification patterns and propose evidence-based style guide enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), senior language leadership, or
• Demonstrated experience acting as the primary contact for client Language Managers, managing formal
• Strong practical knowledge of localization quality frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error
• Ability to interpret style guide and glossary changes, identify implicit client expectations, and
• Hands-on experience delivering one-to-one reviewer coaching, conducting shadowing sessions
• Ability to identify error patterns, monitor severity trends and alignment scores, investigate
