🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), senior
• Client and stakeholder management: Demonstrated experience acting as the primary contact for client
• Quality evaluation expertise: Strong practical knowledge of localization quality frameworks
• Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to interpret style guide and glossary changes
• Coaching and facilitation: Hands-on experience delivering one-to-one reviewer coaching, conducting
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify error patterns, monitor severity trends
