• Analyze style guides, glossaries, and client requirement updates to identify their impact on

• Coach reviewers individually using concrete examples, conduct shadowing sessions, and deliver

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), senior language
• Proven experience managing client and stakeholder relationships, particularly as the primary
• Practical experience handling formal arbitration, quality escalations, and conflict resolution in
• Strong knowledge of localization quality evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error
