English to Slovenian Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content

📋 Description

• Analyze style guides, glossaries, and client quality updates to determine their impact on content
• Track client feedback, corrections, calibration discussions, and alignment decisions to identify
• Serve as the primary linguistic point of contact for the client's Language Manager on quality
• Organize regular alignment roundtables with the language community to strengthen shared
• Prepare structured monthly quality reports covering performance, priority improvement areas, style
• Coach reviewers individually using specific examples, conduct shadowing sessions, and deliver

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), senior language leadership
• Direct experience serving as a primary point of contact for client Language Managers or comparable
• Proven experience managing formal arbitration and escalation processes, resolving linguistic
• Strong practical knowledge of localization quality evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error
• Ability to analyze style guide and glossary changes, identify implicit client expectations, and
• Experience facilitating one-to-one coaching, reviewer shadowing, language alignment roundtables
