Three to five or more years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), senior language
Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers
Strong practical knowledge of localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error
Ability to interpret style guide and glossary changes, identify implicit client expectations, and
Hands-on experience delivering one-to-one reviewer coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment
Ability to identify error patterns, monitor severity drift and alignment scores, interpret quality
