Relevant experience: Three to five or more years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance
Client and stakeholder management: Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact
Localization quality expertise: Strong practical knowledge of localization evaluation frameworks
Style guide analysis: Ability to interpret style guide and glossary changes, identify implicit
Coaching and facilitation: Hands-on experience delivering one-to-one reviewer coaching, shadowing
Analytical skills: Ability to identify error patterns, monitor severity drift and alignment scores
