Relevant experience: Three to five or more years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), senior
Client and stakeholder management: Experience as primary point of contact for client Language
Localization quality expertise: Strong knowledge of RQE, LQE, error rubrics, severity mapping
Style guide analysis: Ability to interpret style guide and glossary changes, identify implicit
Coaching and facilitation: Experience delivering one-to-one reviewer coaching, shadowing sessions
Analytical skills: Ability to identify error patterns, monitor severity drift and alignment scores
