• Own localization quality standards: Define and maintain a shared understanding of quality

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience: Three to five or more years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance
• Client and stakeholder management: Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact
• Localization quality expertise: Strong practical knowledge of localization evaluation frameworks
• Style guide analysis: Ability to interpret style guide and glossary changes, identify implicit
• Coaching and facilitation: Hands-on experience delivering one-to-one reviewer coaching, shadowing
• Analytical skills: Ability to identify error patterns, monitor severity drift and alignment scores
