📋 Description

• Provider Credentialing & Enrollment: enroll with Medicare/Medicaid and payers.
• Maintain credentialing database; track expirations and renewals.
• CAQH maintenance, NPI/PECOS updates, and payer portal applications.
• Monitor enrollment timelines; follow up with payers to prevent delays.
• Compliance & regulatory oversight; audit-ready credentialing files.
• Revenue cycle collaboration: align enrollment with cash flow and readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare/related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of credentialing and payer enrollment experience.
• Strong knowledge of payer credentialing requirements and contract structures.
• Minimum 3+ years in revenue cycle management, healthcare regulations, or compliance.
• Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable to growth.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
