📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact, in English and Spanish, for every patient, prescriber and

• Help patients, physicians, law offices, sales reps and insurance providers by phone throughout a

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license, or a Pharmacy Technician Trainee license with the
• Strong customer service background with professional phone etiquette and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone, with accurate data entry and proficiency in
• Available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
