📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with participants and caregivers to support enrollment.
• Guide participants and caregivers through enrollment to support decisions.
• Coordinate enrollment activities, applications, and communications to advance enrollment.
• Partner with Outreach, Enrollment RN, IDT, and centers for coordination.
• Drive a seamless, participant-centered enrollment experience while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate enrollment visits and maintain accurate documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in healthcare sales, enrollment, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with participants, caregivers, and teams.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation; travel may be required.
