Enrollment Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end enrollment journey for prospective participants.
• Build trusted relationships with participants and caregivers.
• Coordinate with Outreach, Enrollment RN, IDT to guide enrollment and remove barriers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate enrollment materials, communications, and required follow-ups.
• Manage enrollment processes and documentation for timely enrollment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combo of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare sales, enrollment, customer success, or related roles.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn CRM and enrollment systems.
• Knowledge of PACE, CMS, and applicable federal/state regulations.
• Travel within service area; valid driver's license.
