Enrollment Specialist

📋 Description

• Builds trusted relationships with prospective participants, caregivers, to support enrollment
• Drives the enrollment process as the case manager for prospective participants, including
• Coordinates assigned enrollment cases by managing applications, documentation, participant
• Partners closely with the Outreach team, Enrollment RN, IDT, and center leaders to deliver a
• Conducts enrollment visits in participants' homes, the center, or virtually to assess needs
• Identifies and helps resolve barriers to enrollment by proactively coordinating resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in healthcare sales, enrollment, customer success, business
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, educate prospective participants, and guide
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage prospective
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across teams to achieve shared
