Enrollment Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary interface for incoming patient inquiries and guiding families through our
• Support patients and their families to ensure documentation is completed on a timely basis; on
• Schedule initial medical evaluations, care plan meetings, and evaluations, working across multiple
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollment documentation; maintain and accurately update
• Participate in the development of knowledge and supports enrollment team members by responding to
• Demonstrate excellent patient relations skills on all interactions (i.e., phone, email) and engage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Applications
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Customer service experience (preferably over the phone)
