Enterpise TechOps (contractor)

📋 Description

• Own vendor intake, licensing, access provisioning (SSO/OIDC) and offboarding for enterprise AI
• Manage tool rationalisation and renewal to avoid duplicate or ungoverned AI tools.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for AI tool issues and create internal docs and enablement content.
• Define and enforce acceptable use policy for enterprise AI tools across the organisation.
• Build licence utilisation reporting, cost-per-seat/tool tracking, and chargeback data for the
• Act as the single owner for each enterprise AI tool with governed access and visible cost/adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in IT operations, platform engineering, or SaaS/tool operations management.
• Experience managing enterprise software licensing, vendor relationships, and renewal cycles.
• Working knowledge of SSO/OIDC and enterprise access provisioning/offboarding workflows.
• Experience building cost, utilisation, or chargeback reporting for enterprise software.
• Comfort owning end-user support and enablement content; familiarity with enterprise AI tools
