📋 Description

  • Own and grow Enterprise Life Sciences accounts, driving expansion
  • Develop and execute territory/account strategies aligned to priorities
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite, Digital Transformation, AI teams
  • Position UiPath automation and AI platform with a value-based sales approach
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to expand automation across operations, compliance, finance

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software or solution/value selling
  • 5+ years growing Enterprise Life Sciences accounts in BioPharma/Medical Device
  • Experience selling AI, automation, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and large enterprise deals
  • Able to convey AI ROI, governance, and implementation to exec/tech audiences
  • Strong consultative selling; translate tech concepts into business outcomes
  • Executive presence with stakeholders across functions including the C-suite
  • Strong account planning and opportunity management with a data-driven approach
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to travel approx 25%
  • Authorized to work in the United States
