  • Develop strategic account plans for enterprise customers to identify expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders across accounts
  • Proactively identify new teams or high-value use cases to expand Miro's footprint
  • Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to negotiation and close
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure health, drive adoption, and growth signals
  • Master Miro's platform to demonstrate value and address customer needs

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying SaaS Account Management or AE role in Asia
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through new business and expansion
  • Experience managing full customer lifecycle, incl. renewals and expansion (ACV $50k-$150k+)
  • Strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-level/VP executives
  • Excellent discovery, strategic account planning, and value selling skills
  • Proficiency with MEDDPICC or Miller Heiman sales methodologies
