Enterprise Account Executive, Flourish

📋 Description

• Building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and shaping tailored
• Proactively prospecting and reaching out to target organisations, from newsrooms and public sector
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations, running a structured discovery process, and
• Negotiating contracts and working closely with Legal and Security to get deals across the line
• Tracking every stage of your pipeline in our CRM, and handing over new customers to our Success
• Partnering with Marketing on events and campaigns that drive new business, and sharing customer

🎯 Requirements

• A few years of B2B sales experience, ideally managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through
• Comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders and can hold your own in a room with
• Know how to turn a complex product into a simple, compelling story for the customer in front of you
• Organised and can juggle a pipeline of opportunities without letting the details slip
• Curious about data and storytelling, and excited to learn the ins and outs of a product like
• Right to work in Germany and fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
