Enterprise Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own net revenue retention and ARR across a book of ~40-60 Enterprise customers.
• Build and execute account and value plans that drive product adoption, measurable outcomes, and
• Lead renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, running a disciplined commercial process from early
• Run structured executive check-ins and QBRs that tie Freshpaint usage to business impact and future
• Use Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to monitor health, forecast accurately, and prioritize where to
• Partner cross-functionally (Support, CSE, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales) to remove

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing, commercial owning roles in B2B SaaS (Account Management, Customer
• Proven track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion, with clear impact on net revenue
• Strong consultative skills: you uncover business problems, define success metrics, and map required
• Data-driven and operationally excellent, with disciplined account planning, forecasting, and CRM
• Technically curious and comfortable translating between marketers, product managers, data teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including running business reviews and presenting to
