  • Own GRR/renewals and expansion opportunities across strategic/enterprise customers
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Drive adoption, business outcomes, and long-term customer value

  • Proactively identify and mitigate customer risk
  • Lead complex renewal negotiations and contract discussions

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of Account Management, Customer Experience, or SaaS relationship management
  • Proven success managing enterprise or strategic portfolios
  • Demonstrated quota attainment across renewal and expansion portfolios
  • Experience owning complex renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
