Enterprise Accounts Associate

📋 Description

• Support the Enterprise Account Management team and onboarding for global hotel groups.
• Lead cross-functional projects with hotel HQs and Airbnb teams.
• Design onboarding and rollout for hotel groups; optimize portfolio and education.
• Balance client conversations with operational project work for partner success.
• Act as the front desk for HotelTonight and Airbnb to hotel partners.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships and deliver timely service.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years client-facing, cross-functional or global commercial experience.
• 2+ years hospitality/travel experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in English and the local language for the location.
• Self-starter with a resourceful, get it done attitude.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
