📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customers, leading ROI and value initiatives with the adoption-focused CS manager
• Act as strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100, setting vision and JTBD for AI adoption
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor to make AI a top priority
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery by analyzing surveys/interviews to frame P&L impact
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders while managing teams and risk
• Identify expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales

🎯 Requirements

• 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 firms
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking; able to set vision and translate to measurable P&L impact
• Executive presence and communication skills to present to boards and lead cross-functional teams
• Curious mindset and active listening style that marks you as a genuine leader
• Background in management consulting or strategy advisory
