📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customers, lead ROI/value initiatives with CS on adoption.
• Act as strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50–100; set vision and JTBD framework.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships to make AI a top priority for executives.
• Lead ROI delivery by analyses from surveys/interviews to frame P&L impact.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders, manage teams and risk.
• Identify expansion opportunities; work with sales on cross-sell and upsell.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100.
• Mastery of change management; set vision, frameworks, and translate capabilities to P&L impact.
• Executive presence and communication; lead board presentations and cross-functional leadership.
• Curious mindset and active listening; genuine leader people want to follow.
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
