Enterprise App Admin II - Finance

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary hands-on administrator for Coupa and Ramp, including system configuration
• Administer and support additional finance and business applications — including NetSuite, Egencia
• Configure and maintain system security roles, permissions, and access controls across supported
• Design, configure, and maintain workflows and approval routing that support procurement, expense
• Maintain and support finance integrations, including Coupa- and Ramp-related integrations and other
• Plan and execute system testing, patches, upgrades, and releases, minimizing disruption to end

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Coupa and Ramp administration experience, including system configuration, security roles
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering finance or business applications in a similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of financial business processes, including procurement, expense management
• Experience managing system configuration, security roles, workflows, integrations, testing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Procurement
