Enterprise Applications & Automation Specialist

📋 Description

• Administer ConnectWise, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Design workflows with Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive processes.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Data, and Architecture on automation.
• Support training and continuous process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with ConnectWise, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Design and implement Power Platform workflows (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
