Enterprise Applications Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the team responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise and practice-facing
• Oversee application administration, system operations, upgrades, modifications, capacity planning
• Direct the troubleshooting and resolution of application issues, partnering with the Help Desk and
• Coordinate with software vendors to keep applications current and ensure effective vendor
• Maintain accurate documentation of enterprise application configurations, processes, and system
• Partner with business analysts to follow established procedures for program controls, application

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of management experience in a related field.
• At least five years of experience in application implementation, administration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration; IIS administration experience preferred.
• Experience with document management platforms such as eDOCS, NetDocuments, and iManage.
• Experience with contract management, vendor management, and vendor collaboration.
