📋 Description

• Define the source-of-truth strategy for enterprise knowledge: authoritative systems, centralized
• Set enterprise standards for AI-ready content across structure, metadata, provenance, and access
• Design the control model for AI actions: eligibility, preconditions, approvals, escalation, and
• Lead platform and connector strategy across the content stack; collaborate with IT and Engineering
• Build the federated operating model for enterprise content: stewardship, domain accountability, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years designing how information is structured, owned, and maintained at enterprise scale; at
• Direct experience preparing content for AI consumption: retrieval-augmented generation, grounding
• Hands-on experience with enterprise content systems and AI evaluation tooling; ability to balance
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Legal, Security, and
• Demonstrated ability to define and govern AI content eligibility, sensitivity classifications, and
• Durable skills in structured authoring (DITA) or knowledge operations methods (e.g., KCS)
