📋 Description

• Lead deployment and adoption of Samsara IoT for enterprise customers.
• Manage deployment for large-scale customers to quickly realize value.
• Create launch plans and roadmaps to boost product usage.
• Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
• Run trainings and demos for executives and day-to-day users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in senior CS, account management, or strategic consulting (Enterprise SaaS preferred).
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence for a high-visibility role.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP certification a plus.
• Ideal: bias for action; experience with large, complex B2B SaaS.
