🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Success / Customer Management experience
  • Experience with success plans and customer health scoring
  • Strong organizational skills; handle multiple customers in a fast-paced env
  • Experience tracking actions, resolving issues, and de-escalating concerns
