Enterprise Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, serving as their trusted advisor and relationship lead
• Build a deep understanding of each customer's business and data management priorities, and clearly
• Create and lead structured account and success plans tied directly to customer outcomes
• Partner closely with Sales and lead engagement with cross-functional GTM teams, including
• Design and execute cross-functional adoption and expansion plays to accelerate onboarding and
• Lead onsite workshops and customer business reviews, engaging stakeholders up to the executive level

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
• Experience working with enterprise data management platforms, ideally in PaaS/SaaS environments and
• Strong technical understanding of Data Governance
• Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, including
• Demonstrated success owning and growing enterprise portfolios, with measurable improvements in
• Direct experience negotiating renewals, expansions, and commercial agreements with procurement
